For ADVOC delegates, we have secured rooms at a special group discounted rate as follows:
Room rates:
- Single Room: $265 per night
- Double Room: $270 per night
The rate includes an American breakfast at no additional cost. These fees includes all applicable taxes.
A certain number of guaranteed rooms at these rates are secured for the ADVOC conference period. Make sure you book your room early. Rooms are limited and subject to availability.
A complimentary American breakfast is included daily. Guests also have the option to enjoy the breakfast buffet for an extra of $30. To receive our special ADVOC group discounted rate, you have to book your room via the registration module.
Camino Real Polanco has a strict cancellation policy. Any cancellations are subject to cancellation fees charged by the Camino Real Polanco including cancellation fees incurred by Sierra Latam as a result of the group booking arrangement.
* Please mention the cancellation policy- Up to January 29, 2025: Room bookings can be cancelled at no charge.
- From January 30 to February 13, 2025: Room bookings are reduced by up to 20% of the total rooms without incurring any charges.
- From February 14 to March 27, 2025: Room bookings are reduced by up to 10% of the total rooms without any charges.
